We are looking for 2 apprentices to assist on the admin side of sales, accounts and procurement. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to earn a salary and gain a level 3 qualification.
General office duties • Filling • Photocopying • Archiving • Internal and external calls • Emailing • Greeting visitors and supplying refreshments for meetings • Monthly sales enquiry report and other KPIs • Booking hotels and car hire • Prepare equipment manuals Converting PDF documents to Word format • Adding contacts and opportunities to CRM program and updating these as required Liaising with suppliers for prices • Keeping ‘estimating’ log up to date • Updating reference lists once equipment is installed • Checking CRM to ensure enquiries are allocated correctly, dates are in line etc.
The successful candidate will study a Business Administrator standard Level 3. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.
Functional skills maths and English if required.
Possible progression or permanent role for the right person. All necessary health and safety / induction training will be given. Software and task training to suit their needs.
Administrative skills, Attention to detail, Customer care skills, Initiative, IT skills, Organisation skills, Presentation skills
GCSE or equivalent English and Maths, Grade 4 Desired
