The Applications Support role sits within the IT team and is required to support the ongoing development and success of Norwood’s core Business Systems and Management Information. The role is varied in terms of applications supported and skills required and will suit someone who wishes to think about a career in IT.
To learn to support to users of all business applications across Norwood
Answer user enquiries
Troubleshoot issues and incidents
Identify concerns
Acquire and develop knowledge of all key business applications of Norwood.
Act as the support point of contact for users for all business applications, identify user requirements and liaise with vendor support in providing resolutions.
Work in collaboration with services, workforce, Payroll, and managed IT service provider.
To support training on Business Applications to new starters and staff throughout the organisation
Learn to build Management Reports using a variety of tools including Business Objects.
Level 3 IT Solutions
Possible employment on completion of apprenticeship.
