This role sits within the central services HR Team providing support to employees, managers and directors across all businesses within our Group.
You will be required to assist the day to day tasks of the HR function which will involve preparing employment documents, updating employee records, liaising with managers on queries, preparing reports.
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required). This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.
Potential full time role following completion of apprenticeship. Progress within department or wider business. Often have internal opportunities for further training and development.
