As an apprentice HR Assistant, you will provide end to end
administration and support the people services team. You will maintain employee files and payroll system records and manage enquiries via the inbox. A diverse and exciting position that provides the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills and a HR Support Level 3 qualification.
The job holder will ensure that internal customers receive a friendly, professional and consistently high-quality service, helping to resolve HR queries and get it ‘right first time’ whilst seeking to meet or exceed KPIs (key performance indicators) and SLA’s (Service Level Agreements).
Duties of the apprentice will include:
Attention to detail, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Analytical skills, Logical, Team working, knowledge of HR/Recruitment, Knowledge of HR Systems or CRM, Microsoft Office Knowledge, Knowledge of Sharepoint
