You will be enrolled on a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship at Colchester Institute, which you will complete over an 18 month timeframe. You’ll work from our head office in Braintree, Essex, but as part of your Apprenticeship, you will attend regular, online sessions and workshops.
As part of your role as an Apprentice Operations Administrator, you will work in a hands-on role, learning our processes, facing challenges and driving results – all whilst learning and developing as an individual.
Throughout your Apprenticeship you’ll work to a structured development programme, continuously growing with opportunities to showcase your contributions in delivering company objectives.
Upon successful completion of your Apprenticeship, you may choose to pursue a career in one of our Operations departments, such as Planning or Utilities.
