An excellent opportunity to become a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. We are now in our 8th year of providing successful Apprenticeships. The Apprenticeship is over a 5 year period and as well as gaining a Degree and Chartership you will gain experience over a wide range of sectors and projects, including the cost planning of projects.
To assist with the provision of a quantity surveying service to our clients.
Duties and responsibilities will include;
Off-the-job training will be provided by the University College of Estate Management (UCEM). You will achieve a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accredited BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying. Rather than attending formal lectures or classes, you’ll study using UCEM’s state-of-the-art online learning environment and digital library, supported by guidance from highly experienced tutors.
Upon completion of the BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying and the structured workplace learning you will undertake the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence leading to registration with the RICS as a Chartered Surveyor.
On-the-job training will be provided by WT Partnership. It will comprise of work shadowing, coaching and mentoring via the completion of work tasks and involvement in current projects as appropriate.
