Work is generated through Branch Manager/Director by regular branch procedures. The jobholder is likely to come into contact with other branch staff, customers, suppliers and other company head office staff and management. The jobholder is expected to use their discretion in alerting the Branch Manager/Director of any variances in branch activities
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Good level of basic education in Maths English. Basic knowledge of products sold by the branch. Able to use basic IT packages and branch IT and administration systems
The successful candidate will study a Customer Service Practitioner level 2. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.
Functional Skills in English and maths if required.
Possible progression or permanent role for the right person.
