As an apprentice you will be trained to fulfil the role of an Early Years Practitioner and contribute to a high-quality caring, teaching and learning environment for children. This involves creating a stimulating and developmentally appropriate physical learning environment and providing a warm, friendly emotional environment in which the children can develop through individual attention and group activities.

On a successful completion of this apprenticeship the apprentice can progress to Early Years Educator.
With additional experience, an Early Years Educator can become the manager of an early years setting.
