You will be responsible for raising invoices, reconciliation of bank accounts and maintaining accounts payable. Vogue are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Duties include:

• Reconcile supplier accounts to supplier statements
• Ensure accounts payable email inbox monitored and managed
• Day to day tasks to maintain accounts payable, cash management and general ledger system
• Financial and banking operations include accounts payable, daily banking and ledger journal entries
• Assist with monthly and year end reconciliations
• Setting up new supplier accounting’s and updating existing supplier account in accordance with requirements
• Sales invoicing, compliance, and processing
• Reconciliation of purchase orders to inventory records
• General support to Finance Manager

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Alongside your role, you will study towards the level 3 AAT qualification, with progression towards the level 4 AAT qualifications. You will receive support from industry-experienced tutors and coaches.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Progression within the finance department and study towards further AAT qualifications.
