Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship at Open Vision Finance, Taunton

Open Vision Finance have an exciting opportunity to join our company under our Administration Programme. You will gain administration experience across a number of areas of the business to include Accounts, Compliance, Financial Services and Lettings. You will be a fundamental support to the Administration Team.

You will ensure that all administration is dealt with in a professional and timely manner, in line with company guidelines and regulations, to include:

• Call handling
• Postal duties
• Scanning
• Data entry
• Letter and email correspondence
• Compliance and file auditing
• Maintaining accurate records
• Providing professional support and high levels of service to all colleagues and external clients
• Liaising effectively with lenders, insurance companies, estate agents, solicitors and suppliers
• Scheduling adviser appointments and organising client reviews
• Sending completion packages to clients
• Update adviser weekly payment statements
• OVF weekly account summary and data entry onto accounting system
• Rental property payment runs and remittances
• Handling rental property inspections and queries
• Supporting colleagues from all areas of the business, as needed

This role may be closed early if a sufficient number of applications are received.

Level 3 Business Administrator Standard
Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths if required
End Point Assessment: Knowledge Test; Professional Discussion; Presentation/Q&A
