Marketing Administration Apprentice Advanced Level 3 (A level)

Kuits are looking to hire a Marketing Administration Apprentice to join their team! This is an exciting and great role for any individual looking to join the law industry in a marketing administration role. You will also gain the business administration apprenticeship qualification.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks for the marketing team
• Assist with organising events and provide support at the event
• Book external events and co-ordinate attendees
• Input data into reports for management
• Update the marketing diary and track event attendance
• Complete new matters reports
• Forward website enquiries to the relevant team
• Organise photography days
• Assist with uploading content to the website
• Assist with creating images for social media
• Organise meetings including room bookings, printing and creation of materials needed
• Create agendas and write minutes for focus group meetings
• Order merchandise from suppliers
• Organise annual gifts for key clients
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and bid documents
• Assist the marketing team with projects

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Alongside your duties, you will also be studying towards the level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship, which includes learning from business administration specialists.

Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, which includes:

• Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if not already achieved)
• End-Point Assessment (EPA)
• Training provided by the employer and online with The Apprentice Academy
• 7000+ online resources available
• 1 to 1 coaching with experienced coach
