You’ll work on site with a team and 1 team member will be your mentor. You’ll work with this team before & after your apprenticeship. Your mentor will teach you everything you need to learn throughout the apprenticeship.
After you complete your apprentice, we will get you set up as a labour only subcontractor and you will continue working for us.

Install cavity trays, fascia board height, barge boards, hip and valleys
Install slate
Install felt and batten

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Taught sessions at South Devon College (Vantage Point, Paignton) for your off-the-job training
Block release for college
Will gain a Level 2 Roofing Apprenticeship Standard qualification

Things to consider

You will be working outside at all times.
Most of our work is on large house building sites.
The apprentice is very labour intensive, please consider this before applying.
