Sales Apprentice for a Construction Joinery company based in Preston. You will undertake your Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification. You will maintain and develop existing and new relationships with customers, make and undertake calls from customers, plus more.

• Maintain and develop existing and new relationships with customers
• Negotiate projects and secure the sale
• Make and undertake calls from customers
• Communicate with other members of the team and other departments
• Organise and file specific paperwork
• Print and distribute internal communication and paperwork
• Set up new customers within the company computer system
• Log and manage conversations within the one diary system
